SUNDOWN provides limited local ground transportation between local hotels within a 15-mile radius of the festival and the festival site on show dates only. 

All artist transportation requests must be made no later than Friday, June 9th, 5 PM ET. After this time, the transportation team will reach out to you to confirm your rides and/or ask for additional information as needed.

If you need to request parking passes for your vehicle, you will do so via the Artist Advance Form and these will be issued by Artist Relations. On-site vehicles must be advanced with Artist Relations no later than June 9th. Please reach out via your Artist Advance email thread if you have any questions on your vehicle advance.

Transportation requests to and from the site will be honored for your specific show day only. All other requests, including 'non-show day' requests are processed on a space-available basis. Any requests made after the above request deadline are on a space-available basis and not guaranteed, so advance your transportation needs as soon as you are able, no later than the deadline listed above. 

Please note GIRDWOOD, EAGLE RIVER, PALMER & WASILLA are NOT included as part of contracted festival airport ground transportation, and getting arranged transportation to/from these airports will not be the festival’s responsibility. In the event you choose to book at these locations, you will need to make your own ground arrangements and be mindful of the driving times to the festival site.
